Qualifications and Experience:
Education level – Graduate
Responsibility Statements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process (Inbound or outbound calls)
Good English verbal and written skills required
Preferred candidates with experience in Healthcare Insurance Industry (Call Center/ Backend)
Provide product and service information to customers
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
Respond to customer's issues on TAT
Graduation Mandatory
Willing to work in night shifts (US time zones).
