Purpose:

  • Responsible for the effective usage of client resources. Provides operational support through efficient scheduling and workforce deployment of resources. Tracks and reports on operational performance & business metrics.

Job Summary:

The Workforce Manager will be responsible for the daily operational oversight of their workforce management team typically consisting of Analysts and Workforce Administrators. They will also work closely with the Global WFM Shared Resource Centers for direction on scheduling and intra-day staffing management.

Job Description:

The Workforce Manager will perform all or some of the following Job description:

  • Responsible for the development and management of their team members

  • Direct the work of the local workforce management team to meet set service level goals following direction from Global SPC

  • Establish thresholds in line with budgeted goals for aux use and utilization

  • Manage real-time adjustments to resources

  • Generation of reporting and analysis required to manage these processes efficiently

  • Work with business leadership to coordinate processes to meet the operational and strategic needs of the business, to advise on potential opportunities or hazards that affect the business' ability to meet strategic goals, and to solicit feedback that influence the operations of workforce management

  • Responsible for directing the work of secondary responsibilities that are unique to individual business units

  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports

  • Completes special projects as directed

Minimum Requirements / Knowledge / Skill

  • Experience with managing and/or interacting multiple teams at multiple locations

  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office products and familiarity with database concepts

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

  • Experience with high level client interaction

  • Proven communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal

  • Proven leadership skills / people management STRONGLY PREFERRED

  • IEX experience a PLUS. Completes special projects as needed.
