Senior Director, Client Partner Executive - Manufacturing

Are you an experienced Client Partner and seller with a strong track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise clients in the manufacturing or industrial industry?

Do you possess advanced knowledge of BPO sales and the ability to add value to clients' businesses over time?

About this Role:

As a Client Partner at Conduent, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the health and satisfaction of our current enterprise accounts while driving revenue growth and overall sales. Your responsibilities will encompass building trusting relationships, growing client satisfaction, and delivering revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Building Trusting Relationships: Growing relationships with Conduent's largest clients by establishing long-term, deep, and meaningful connections across the C-Suite and other senior executives with the authority to make buying decisions. Becoming the trusted partner clients can rely on for advice and insights regarding their businesses.

  • Consultative Cross-Selling: Utilizing consultative selling expertise to cross-sell new services to existing clients.

  • Value Proposition Development: Collaborating with solutions leaders to develop new value propositions across a range of commercial services and solutions.

  • Financial Management: Managing account-level P&L to meet business unit financial targets.

  • Alignment with Strategy: Developing and supporting value propositions for focus areas and ensuring alignment with Conduent and the business unit's strategy.

  • Sales Expansion: Partnering with solutions leaders and Base Sales executives to promote sales of new services into existing accounts.

  • Operational Enhancement: Recommending and initiating enhancements to the sales and marketing operations, including the establishment of sales goals, growth analysis, and the timely submission of required progress reports, forecasts, quotations, budgets, and rates.

  • Solution Expertise: Developing a basic understanding of Conduent services, solutions, and offerings to guide clients in driving business outcomes. Solution areas include customer experience, financial services, claims, F&A, legal services, and more.

  • Global Marketing Support: Supporting the development of marketing plans that appeal to a diverse global customer base to achieve sales and profit objectives.

  • Ad Hoc Duties: Performing all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Consultative Account Manager: Developing deep relationships and adding value to clients' businesses over the long term.

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrating 15+ years of experience with large-scale, enterprise-wide sales and account management.

  • BPO Knowledge: Demonstrating advanced knowledge of BPO sales and relationship management processes.

  • Leadership: Possessing strong leadership experience, pursuit, self-motivation, and excellent presentation skills.

  • Solution Selling: Having a strong understanding of BPO solution selling and account leadership.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Demonstrating the ability to partner with delivery organizations to add value.

  • Aggressive Seller: Forging relationships with CEOs and other C-suite executives, as well as key line of business contacts.

  • New Logo Business Development: Bringing experience in new logo business development and sales.

  • Strategic Skills: Being skilled in account strategy, account planning, and relationship strategy.

  • P&L Leadership: Having experience leading a P&L.

  • Service Delivery Collaboration: Having experience working closely with service delivery counterparts.

  • Account Growth: Demonstrating a proven track record of significantly growing existing accounts.

  • Sales Achievement: Proving a track record of attaining and exceeding quotas.

  • Communication Skills: Possessing strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Opportunity Identification: Being able to delve deep into large accounts to uncover new opportunities.

  • Strong Communication: Possessing excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives (internally and externally) as required.

  • Self-Motivated: Demonstrating strong self-motivation and a desire for success.

  • Educational Qualification: Holding a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated base salary range for this role is $152,250 - $203,000.
