Conduent Quality Assurance Associate I in United States

Hours: 8:00am 5:000pm

Hourly Rate - $18/hr

Responsible for ensuring complete quality review and audit inspection of Invoicing and Service Level Agreement results for all government contracts.

The QA Associate will:

  • Review contracts to identifying invoice and service level agreement requirements.

  • Gather systematic documentation and other supporting information for invoices issued and SLA results reported to SLA WEB.

  • Quality review and audit supporting documentation against invoices issued and SLA results reported to SLA WEB to ensure accuracy of both.

  • Set meetings and facilitate discussions with contract owners and management when gathering materials for audits, reviewing missing data and communicating audit results and findings.

  • Track and report audit results and findings.

  • Assist with the development and refinement of procedures, trackers, task lists, standard operating procedures, etc.

  • Participate in all team reviews and activities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Applicant needs to be HS grad or have GED. College degree is preferred.

Experience – 1+ years experience in healthcare operations, process improvement, call center/claims, project management or other areas of operations is a plus.

Must be able to navigate and use the MS office suite, MS Teams, Outlook.

Medicaid experience is a plus
