Job Description:

Business Gov Healthcare Eligibility (SME) - Proposals

Overview: As a Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) specializing in proposals, you will be a key contributor to our organization's proposal development process. Leveraging your deep understanding of our industry, market trends, and client needs, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and address the unique requirements of our clients. Your insights and expertise will be critical in ensuring the alignment of our proposals with our business objectives and in driving the success of our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

  1. Proposal Content Development:

⦁ Provide subject matter expertise to inform the development of proposal content.

⦁ Collaborate with the proposal team to craft compelling narratives, value propositions, and solution approaches.

  1. Solution Design and Development:

⦁ Work closely with the sales and solution architecture teams to design innovative and customized solutions

⦁ Develop detailed solution descriptions, diagrams, and other visual aids

  1. Technical Writing and Review:

⦁ Write and review technical sections of proposals, including solution descriptions, methodologies, and implementation plans.

⦁ Provide input on proposal structure, formatting, and presentation

  1. Client Engagement:

⦁ Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations

  1. Knowledge Management:

⦁ Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to our business domains.

⦁ Share knowledge and insights with internal teams through training sessions, knowledge sharing sessions, and documentation.

  1. Continuous Improvement:

⦁ Identify opportunities to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our proposals through process improvements, tools, and templates.

⦁ Provide feedback and recommendations for improving proposal development workflows and methodologies.

Requirements:

⦁ Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. (relevant experience in lieu of degree)

⦁ 5+ years of experience in a business consulting, solution architecture, or similar role, w ith a focus on Government Healthcare Eligibility & Enrollment.

⦁ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

⦁ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

⦁ Proven track record of successfully contributing to winning proposals in a competitive environment.

⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sharepoint

⦁ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $116K-$170K .
