Conduent Instructional Designer Services Consultant in Guatemala

• Consults with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct client training needs analysis, presents recommendations, and delivers learning solutions to address business and performance gaps.
• Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates instructional materials and client performance improvement programs.
• Designs and develops learning solutions for multiple delivery methods, including instructor-led, web-based, virtual classroom, and blended instruction.
• Revises or redevelops learning solution in response to feedback from the client.
• Maintains ownership of all instructional materials to ensure that instructional quality is built into final project deliverables.
• Directs Instructional Designers, Media Specialists, and vendors in the creation of instructional materials.
• Assists the Project Manager in the operation of the project to deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Leads team to address client design needs including escalations and risk inquiries related to the design and subject matter expert issues
