Conduent Account Manager eDiscovery in United Kingdom
Conduent Legal Compliance Analytics “LCA” is a Global discovery services provider offering litigation and compliance solutions to law firms and corporations worldwide. We provide comprehensive end-to-end discovery support for litigation and investigations on a project basis or as managed services.
LCA provide traditional consultative, project management, and review support services, as well as focusing exclusively on the following: Data delivery works with Client Services to post instructions, priority and deadlines to the work request tracking systems. Search services are provided to clients to apply initial keyword searches and metadata filters. Engage in producing specific data sets per client specifications. Support client requests related to the e-Discovery platform. Client management services which offer e-Discovery consulting and management.
Job responsibilities:
Is an expert on e-discovery and understands all the life stages of EDRM
Acts as a primary point of contact for clients on active projects
Possesses hands on experience supporting Managed Review projects
Manages day to day queue management and prioritizes work requests accordingly
Participates in internal communications on standard processes and reporting
Trains client attorneys on various Review platforms like Relativity, OmniX, Viewpoint
Ensures compliance towards SLA’s both internal & external
Generates weekly/monthly reports for the team manager and provides error logs/reports
Mentors team mates on best practices and helps in day to day workload. Logs accurate time entries time tracking system
Skills & Experience required:
University degree or the equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts of Case/Contract Management Services
3-5 years’ experience in eDiscovery and understanding of practices and procedures within this discipline
Expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities
May provide informal guidance to more junior members of the team
Able to explain complex information to clients
Can manage multiple projects and ability to interact and influence stakeholders
Strong analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations
