CLIENT SERVICES MGR, TX Region for our client operations 18027326

Ideal candidate will provide excellent service delivery, new client implementation, along with addressing any issues associated with the platform.

  • Maintain and increase revenue with client by building relationships and upselling

  • Interfaces with existing client to provide a single point of contact/escalation for service delivery

  • Prepare quarterly business plan for client to address goals

  • Coordinate training, implementation and new account set-up for new clients to maximize client savings, satisfaction and compliance with the contract.

  • Conduct quarterly site visits to address/review pending issues, program performance, and client cost savings and to upsell.

  • Proactively identify service problems or issues and resolves client concerns and conflicts.

  • Demonstrates supervisory skills to successfully manage a small staff.

What U need to WIN:

-B.S required (pref in I.T)

-Strong exp in the MIDAS Care System (req'd)

-Multi-tasking and solid Time Management Skills

-Client-centric philosophy

-Project Management

-Relationship building ability

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Understanding of computer technologies.

-Highly effective communication skills and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.

-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple activities

-Ability to travel and work as needed
