Business Operations Analyst
About the Role
The Business Operations Analyst will work with internal development and leadership teams to document, review, test, and provide both feedback and advisement regarding go forward system design and functionality as well as interface with the New York agency clients to ensure their business needs are understood and adhered to.

Responsibilities
Work with internal development team to establish and finalize new system functionality
Attend and participate on internal and client meetings
Creation and editing of documentation covering existing, new, and changing system functionality
Act as liaison to ensure internal teams understand client issues and requests
Uses existing procedures and technical experience to solve problems.
Uses an understanding of key business drivers to accomplish work.
Uses logical reasoning to solve problems and make recommendations.
Follows standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
Complies with all policies and standards.
Interacts with client contacts to resolve day-to-day benefit questions.
Builds strong, productive relationships with all team members.
Acts proactively rather than reactively to get in front of potential issues/escalations.
Responds timely to all emails, assignments, projects.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
College degree or relevant work experience required
Able to work independently and within a team environment.
Able to build solid, productive relationships with applicable internal support areas.
Requires knowledge and experience in own field.
