Role:

  • Patient Access offering owner. Comes with depth and solid experience running Patient Access programs at Pharma companies.

  • Works closely with sales, technology and delivery teams to execute growth and delivery objectives of the business

  • Responsibility to drive growth – bonus-based role (not on a sales incentive plan)

  • Responsibility for leading implementation of new programs/won business – managing multiple client relationships

  • Client facing: prospect clients during pre-sales/sales and client advisory role during implementationsExperience:Ideal candidates will have highly-accomplished Patient Access SMEs with strong implementation and operational experience running programs for pharma companies. Should have demonstrated success in leading market access and patient access initiatives for pharmaceutical and biologic products.

  • Mandatory: Experience in implementing and managing large, multi-product patient access and reimbursement programs

  • Experience in implementation of patient engagement technology platforms is highly desirable

  • Well-rounded profile with experience in market access, field reimbursement and patient assistance and/or adverse events monitoring/management functions in a pharma company.

  • Experience in developing CMS coding strategies

  • Educate providers on appropriate coding, billing, and reimbursement procedures to ensure favorable coverage and payment from insurers

  • Use influence to garner buy-in from internal / external stakeholders, initiating change, and utilizing available resources to streamline access processQualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a min 12 years pharma industry experience

  • Pharm D

  • Resource should be in a leadership role (Director/Sr Director). Should come from the pharma industry or established service providers with strong pharma & life sciences practices

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel (up to 50%); international travel may be required
