Conduent Senior Supervisor, Customer Experience in San Francisco, California

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Sr. Supervisor, you will oversee and report on the Payment Plan program.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and analysis of payment plan operational volumes (Call Center, WIC, SR processing, correspondence volumes).

  • Review all new payment plan reporting to review the details and ensure proper posting of payments, reversals.

  • Coaching of the team to provide customer service excellence

  • Partner with the project manager in a business analyst support capacity.

  • Review and compile reporting for projects as needed.

  • Deliver weekly reporting as needed.

  • Increase program efficiencies.

  • Update program SOPs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator.

  • Proficient in Excel and Word.

  • Able to complete research and report on findings.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service contact centers.

  • 3+ years in a leadership role.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $67,375 - $87,500 based on experience.
