As a Program Manager working in a team environment onsite in San Francisco, CA. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Program Manager (PM) needed for the San Francisco Regional Office. PM is responsible for overall contract management, including managing the implementation of all services for the contracts. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders and working cross functionally to insure both full deployment of the business model and achievement of revenue/profit targets. The Program Manager is tasked with defining areas in need of improvement/modification in existing programs and addressing them with solutions to improve.
Point-of-contact for City staff for various issues and new projects
Oversee implementation of contract deliverables
Work with data center on resolving issues and submitting specifications for new projects/deliverables
Work with customer service department on escalated issues with the public
Oversee a permit parking lockbox operation
Work with different vendors/subcontractors to provide 3 rd party services for the contracts
Organize and lead monthly, quarterly, and as needed meetings with the clients
Maintain client relations
Attend City Council meetings as needed to support client

Manager II. Project Management are successful when they meet the following requirements:
At least 2-3 years of Program/Project management experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required, Master’s Degree a plus
PMP certification and/or Six Sigma preferred
Experience in working with City governments
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills and comfort level with delivering presentations to various audiences
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, high energy environment
Strong problem-solving skills and persistence in the face of obstacles
High-level analytical and process skills
Team oriented and desire for success of the whole over individual or local interests
Experience in managing staff
The ability to work in a team environment.
The ability to work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative.
Must pass state, federal and criminal background check
Must have High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
