Description:

  • You will be the first point of contact for customers with questions related to financial sphere. You will represent a leading company in the financial sector for end customers.

  • As a customer service agent, you will ensure that you offer a professional and high quality service to all customers who require assistance.

Working hours:

Currently Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day in rotation between 8AM and 8PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a quality service by solving the queries/problems of our end customers - Professionalism is vital as the clients are very high end.

  • Update customers on outstanding status of their account and guide them on how to update important security details.

  • Search for solutions of complex cases and try to alleviate concerns of customers who may have suspended or closed accounts.

  • Follow our client's and Conduent's policies as well as any applicable legal requirements.

  • Improve own knowledge, as well as contribute to improving the database and processes to continue providing ideas or suggestions.

Basic skills:

  • Excellent ability to listen and review information including notes and status updates.

  • Patience in verbal communication, ability to connect with people in different ways adapting to the communication style. It is important to be professional and provide outstanding customer service.

  • Technological skills, ability to search for information in databases, familiarity with data management systems.

  • Self-management skills and the ability to be productive independently of the team and leadership.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Complaint handling skills

Requirements:

  • High school level or equivalent

  • Proficient in English - C2 or above

  • Have legal authorisation to work permanently in the country without the need for Visa transfer or Visa sponsorship

  • Outstanding customer service

  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check

  • Have previous experience in office work/customer service or affinity for the type of work

  • Availability to work different shifts including weekends and nights if required

  • Interest in working from home
