• Creates content (project documentation, operation plans, maintenance plans, info graphics, web tutorials, web content, presentations, etc.).
• Facilitates the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Responsible for working within and maintaining knowledge repository of information, making sure the document libraries are properly organized and documents are stored.
• Organizes documents / table of contents / flow of information, in order to meet requirements and logic convey desired content.
• Performs QA on work product of peers in support of grammatical and editorial corrections.
