Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Understand all aspects of assigned Defined Benefit in manual calculations in order to effectively provide customer service.
Any non technical Graduates can apply.
Overall experience should be 4 years and 3.5 years of US Defined Benefits domain experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication written/verbal skills.
Act as SME and as well as the point of contact for issue resolution on floor for participants.
Maintain positive and proactive communications in delivery of assigned benefit plan for employees.
Ensure compliance to all federal and state laws, and client specific requirements
Assist with routine and periodic benefit plan audits
Research and recommend plan changes as needed.
Resolve queries using Root Cause Analysis / Quick Solver techniques
Participates in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
Candidate should be comfortable with night shifts.
