Outreach – Field Health Benefits Coordinator ( Job #18022137)

Conducts presentations to educate consumers about the NJ FamilyCare program and the benefits of managed care within an office and call center setting. Assists consumers with completing applications, HMO selection forms and answer questions about the program. May conduct presentations or attend enrollment events at Community Based Organizations, community events and home visits in counties surrounding the regional office base with some evening and weekend events. Use a computerized system to process applications to determine Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare eligibility. Responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment. Builds relationships with the community and advocacy groups. Reliable transportation needed. Entry level position. Positions are located in Newark or Paterson
