Field incoming calls in the fast-paced EasyPay (MetroCard) Account Service Center in compliance with established call handling standards.
Become knowledgeable in EasyPay policies and procedures and be able to accurately provide information to customers.
Provide service and assistance to customers regarding account maintenance, payment processing, close accounts and general information.
Complete and submit all necessary daily paperwork.
Balance and reconcile payments processed at the end of the day.
Work alternate Saturdays 8:55 a.m. – 2:05 p.m. shift
Work schedule will initially be 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. M-F with alternate Saturdays. Must be flexible to work other shifts as needed. Flexibility to work additional hours when required is necessary.
Report to a Supervisor and accept instruction from Team Leads.
This is an ABC position (Activity Based Compensation)
Possess excellent personal time management and dependability are requirements
High School Diploma is required for this position.
The individual in this position must have prior clerical/ customer service work. In-person customer service experience a plus. Must have excellent customer service and communication skills and must be capable of entering data both accurately and efficiently. In addition, you must be computer literate and have good mathematical skills.
