Customer Experience Technical Consultant - Digital Solutions


  • Primary purpose of this position is to evaluate innovation feasibilities in the Customer Experience space and define the technical possibilities of execution

  • Should be able to drive and lead the development of leading research and technologies in the Customer Experience space.

  • Should be conversant with Design Thinking and act as a single point of contact for all aspects of the Customer Experience journey related to stakeholders, partners and customers

  • Understands Contact Center business very well and works with the CX Innovation Manager to integrate and prioritize Customer Experience requirements into Product roadmap

  • Should be able to perform Package Evaluation exercise to identify most suitable COTS product against the business needs


Specific :

  • Should have worked extensively in IOT and has implemented Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts

  • Should have an advanced understanding of APIs and technical systems driving the delivery of transactional data products with the ability to build APIs from business intent

  • Hands-on experience in defining and performing Sentiment Analysis, leverage Speech Recognition and Data Mining models

  • Provides technical guidance, mentorship and leadership to less experienced individuals and small project teams

General :

  • Understands the current innovation trends in the Customer Experience space

  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best practices

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Provides technical leadership by defining approaches to address difficult technical problems, implementing key technical work, drawing conclusions and making recommendations to ensure the delivery of project objectives.

  • Functions as a thought leader in generating new ideas, new areas to explore, new ways to be effective.

  • 8 experience in the IT industry as Product Manager, Customer Experience strategy specialist
