Customer Care/Tech support

Evalúa llamadas para dar servicio de inmediato, ser transferidas o requerir seguimiento para resolución del cliente.

Identifica las necesidades del cliente refiriéndose a las notas del caso y examinando cada caso como un caso específico.

Realiza actividades rutinarias del centro de llamadas relacionadas con productos y servicios comerciales.

Utiliza guiones estándar y pautas establecidas mientras está bajo supervisión para cumplir con los SLA.

Brinda a los clientes información especializada.

Se comunica de manera cálida y empática.

Reúne toda la información necesaria para actualizar la base de datos.

Escala los problemas a los niveles superiores, en función de las quejas o inquietudes.

Explicar las políticas de la empresa a los clientes.

Responsable de la resolución integral de los problemas de los clientes.

Realiza otras tareas que se le asignen.

Cumple con todas las políticas y normas.

Requerimientos :

· Ingles Conversacional

· Manejo de PC

· Experiencia en servicio al cliente

· Experiencia en soporte técnico (deseable)

Disponibilidad de horario

Horarios:

· Lunes a Viernes de 6am - 8 pm

· Descansos en Sabado y Domingo
