Responsible for one or more of the following:
Daily review, recording, and reconciliation of card fulfillment files; vendor notification of any file issues, including missing files.
Compilation of weekly inventory reporting and proposal of materials to be reordered based on established inventory levels and order lead times.
Daily tracking of print order volumes (postcards, statements, letters).
Compilation and maintenance of card package pricing, as well as average costs by material type.
Track vendor orders and record delivery quantities and associated costs.
Track client county office orders, through processing and delivery; contract state account managers as needed regarding questions/issues - escalate vendor issues. Set up new counties in the order database.
Entry Level (with at least the equivalent of a U.S. high school diploma) with little or no prior work experience
Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
Work is routine and requires minimal problem resolution
Completes work with limited autonomy
Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures
Education: Equivalent of U.S. high school diploma or higher
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in U.S. English
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
Organized and able to work on multiple projects concurrently
Extreme attention to detail
Ability to meet established deadlines on a daily basis
Organized and analytical thinker
Ability to work independently once trained
