Job Description:
Insert Operator
On site Position in Lynnfield, MA
Pay rate $18
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Will be responsible for operating our automated imaging equipment to efficiently process all documents received from the production floor. As an equipment operator, you will ensure the accurate matching of information from the first and last items in each batch brought to the imaging department.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently image documents from the production floor with a high level of quality.
Conduct preventative maintenance by cleaning machines and ensuring safe operating conditions.
Perform quality checks on all batches received from the production floor, including the first and last processes.
Scan batched checks/documents using manual and/or automatic feed processes.
Monitor scanning processes for accuracy and image quality, and take corrective actions as needed.
Assist in researching and identifying the root causes of errors.
Escalate service issues to management when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all required quality control measures.
Collaborate with management and staff to achieve Service Level Agreements.
Provide cross-training to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, and basic computer operating knowledge (touch screen, mouse, reboot, etc.).
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, and the ability to accurately interpret information.
Must meet the physical demands of the job, including repetitive hand use, bending, lifting, twisting, turning, and standing for long periods.
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Experience working under strict deadlines in a production-oriented environment.
Willingness to work until tasks are completed and to work overtime as needed with minimal supervision.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is up to $18/hr.
