Maintenance of accounting records, including accounts payable, invoices posting, payments verification, reconciliation of accounts
Tracking, reviewing progress of invoices posting
Investigating slow approvals
Assisting with past due or denied invoices from the back-office perspective
Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases
Uploading and archiving invoice data
Performing month end closing
Supporting in various projects for further optimization of the processes
Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal requirements, as same as for internal and external controls
Efficiently address queries and concerns to supervisors
Continuous process improvement – add value to process
Perform the Ad-hoc tasks delegated by the Superior
We are looking for candidates with:
2-3 years of experience in invoice processing
Knowledge in P2P Tower is must
Must have experience in SAP
Good knowledge of Serbian and English language (min. B2 level)
Should possess good communication skills both orally and in writing
Knowledge in MS excel, preparation of reports
Process Improvement / Innovation / Transformation experience
Good accounting knowledge – exposure to 2 way & 3 way match, basic concepts & principles of accounting
Previous exposure in Checking and processing of Invoices on timely basis with accuracy
Capable of working effectively and independently
Should be a team player and any experience in training & assisting peers would be an added advantage
Self-driven person and should be able to handle AP escalations effectively
Good understanding of SLA's and should be willing to stretch if required to meet deadlines
