Job Description

Senior Manager I will provide service delivery back to the company by managing our SNOW service desk offering.

In the Senior Manager I role, you will be responsible for leading a Service Delivery team to manage the deployment and stability of the SNOW environment. This manager will be responsible for coordinating updates with Microsoft and Conduent on the various technologies offered through SNOW (i.e. Outlook, Skype, OneDrive, etc…)

The Senior Manager I will play a key role in ensuring that the SNOW deployment is successfully for the entire company. This will require frequent touch points with leadership and deploying ITIL Problem Management mythologies to ensure that issues / concerns are addressed. This will be done by familiarizing yourself with the Conduent SNOW service offering, process and driving understanding and training throughout your team and the organization.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Management experience leading a large scale team

Ability to work with many cross-functional teams around the globe

Strong oral and written skills, along with excellent project management, problem solving, and listening skills. Detail oriented

Engage internal and external (as required) stakeholders, working closely with leaders across IT, the business and all service delivery leads to provided clear direction

Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task

ITIL certification (desired)

Degree of familiarity, fluency, and experience with modern infrastructure technologies such as Office 365, Cloud, BYOD, Software Defined Data Center, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS

Degree or Business Experience Equivalent

8+ years of business experience

4+ years’ experience leading a large scale deployments.
