About the Role: As the Senior Director of Delivery, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for a major segment of our organization. You will be accountable for the performance and results of functions generating substantial revenue. Your role involves guiding senior managers and professional staff, developing and executing long-term strategies, and ensuring the achievement of key business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading diverse portfolios in multiple geographies to achieve business results.

  • Managing performance appraisals, pay reviews, training, hiring, and termination actions for 3 or more employees.

  • Ensuring P&L results align with organizational financial targets.

  • Assessing and evaluating business opportunities to set strategic direction.

  • Identifying and solving problems that impact business direction.

  • Consulting in negotiations with sales teams and executing client contracts.

  • Ensuring account performance and meeting client relationship expectations.

  • Inspiring the team to optimize career growth, employee engagement, and performance.

  • Ensuring continuous improvement on performance measures and KPIs.

  • Maintaining governance within the organization.

  • Performing other duties as assigned.

  • Complying with all policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Possess broad technical expertise and industry knowledge.

  • Demonstrate primary accountability for the performance and results of significant revenue-generating segments.

  • Provide leadership to managers and senior professional staff.

  • Adapt and execute functional or departmental business plans.

  • Contribute to the development of strategies.

  • Make decisions based on resource availability and functional objectives.

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of own area and business expertise.

  • Be aware of the competition and what differentiates them.

  • Impact the results of a business unit or major operational segment.

  • Lead a major part of the organization through senior managers.

  • Develop and execute long-term functional strategy.

  • Evaluate key business challenges and direct innovative solutions.

  • Use clear communication skills to influence others, including senior leadership.

  • Establish collaborative relationships across the business and with external organizations.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $180,000
