Claim Processor Specialist (Hybrid)

Must be located near Lexington, Kentucky

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Benefits eligible from day one & paid training

Pay range $16.00

Must type 45 WPM

Join our Claim Processor Specialist team and help our valued customers.

You will assist people enrolling in benefits during annual enrollment periods. As a Benefits Administration Services Associate, you will use your problem-solving skills to help respond to questions and make recommendations to customers. The work you will do will make a difference in the lives of many.

About the Role

One of the most important things that most people do is enroll in benefits plans. In this position, you will be making an impact on those people by assisting them with enrollments. You will contribute by supporting the organization that provides those benefits.

As a Claim Processor Specialist , you will be responsible for:

· Responding to open enrollment inquiries and complete necessary transactions around the inquiries

· Recommending products that best suit the customer

· Performing routine call center activities concerning enrollment inquiries

· Completing follow up and call backs in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate

· Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations

· Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date

· Providing great customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education

· Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test

· Demonstrate problem-solving skills

· Be able to type a minimum of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer

· Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
