About the Role:
As the Manager of Medical Bill Review Services, you will oversee a team responsible for accurately processing workers' compensation medical bills. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and fostering professional growth within the team.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of bill review specialists and supervisors in accurately processing workers' compensation medical bills.
Providing strategic direction, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Monitoring team performance, quality, and productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address client needs and enhance operational efficiency.
Client facing role; working closely with client in collaboration of strategic initiatives and program performance
Requirements:
Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
Possess in-depth knowledge of medical billing practices and regulatory requirements.
Excel in communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Exhibit analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in medical bill review processes.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $ 70,000-$105,000
