Training Logistics Coordinator - Evening Logistics

Summary: Responsible for physical set-up of onsite training rooms, including configuring tables, distributing class materials, and equipment setup. This role is responsible for ensuring the facility space is prepared with quality, and client standards are maintained.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to training room environment

  • Collect and file paper training history records

  • Re-arrange furniture in rooms

  • Wipe down tables

  • Set out course materials, and anything else needed per set-up sheet

  • Collect unused course materials and return to storage

  • Update marquee

  • Generate and print room signs and sign-in sheets

  • Hang room signs, place sign-in sheets and rosters in rooms

  • Add/remove easels and flip chart paper

  • Place power strips and Velcro safety strips on the ground

  • Turn off projectors

  • Perform various client requested tasks

  • Lock interior facility doors

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated attention to detail, strong quality focus, and well organized

  • Successful prioritization of work requirements and multitasking, as necessary

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to remain flexible and adaptable to constant change

  • Effective oral and written communication skills with client and team members
