Transaction Processing Associate
$15.00 - $15.50 per hour
Description:
Responsible for providing support to business operations such as front end, image &
data capture, and / or document / transaction content management.
Provides administrative support to business operations by performing processing tasks
such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities.
The work undertaken by the role holder is completed in line with the Service Level
Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
Completes work with limited autonomy
Performs document scanning and processing in mail room
Screen medical claim forms for completeness of data
Provide backup support to other team/group members in the performance of job duties
as assigned
Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.
Receives and distributes incoming mail and materials.
All other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Minimum High school diploma or GED required
Ability to pass company insurance driving record screening
At least two years of administrative experience preferred
Back up to Operations Specialist for screening, processing, and scanning
Coordinate account mailing on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
Document verification and screening
Data entry and administrative tasks as assigned
Perform courier run to multiple offsite locations ensuring HIPAA compliance
