Supervisor, Customer Experience

About the Role
Management of a team consisting of 15 – 20 customer service representatives
Ensure daily performance targets are met
Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by staff member
Administer coaching and disciplinary action criteria
Participate in internal and client discussions
Requirements
- Have 2+ years of Call/Contact Center Supervisory experience
Min 2 years of healthcare exp-Medicaid exp preferred
College degree preferred
Have proficiency with MS Office
Have proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems
Can coach, develop, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance
Must have the ability to work any shift between the hours of 8am – 6pm.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $49k- $70K .
