Bilingual High-Volume Recruiter I
Conduent is currently recruiting for a professional, consultative, and energetic recruiter.
This opportunity is ideal for a High-Volume recruiter driven by challenge.
About the Role
The Recruiter is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of the recruiting process. This will be achieved through the effective development and follow-through of recruiting plans. You need an innovative, creative mindset to address difficult to fill needs across a specific business vertical.
Managing end-to-end recruiting including, candidate assessment & management and offer recommendations.
Managing a wide range of high-volume requisitions including Customer Service.
Developing innovative strategies around finding top talent; creating best practices around upon proven success of new strategies.
Being able to manage a robust pipeline of candidates and to identify potential synergies within Conduent' s ATS.
Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be a competitor in recruiting practices.
Meeting weekly with managers to go over pipeline and make recommendations and/or adjustments as needed.
Be able to use the ATS tracking system iCIMS or other related platform.
Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Understand how to collect and interpret data-based measurements. Also demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to on-boarding.
A minimum of 2-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
Able to adapt to tight timelines and changing priorities.
Demonstrate problem-solving skills and ability to unite teams to collaborate and create solutions.
Able to be onsite as the Talent Acquisition representative in Puerto Rico
Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Human Resources or a similar field is preferred.
Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
