Job Description:

Responsabilities:

  • Generates database and keeps them UpToDate and accurate, including all compensation elements such as base salaries, language premiums and incentives, as well as FTE rates, work schedule amounts, etc

  • Provides support to the TR partners by gathering all the necessary information around compensation and benefits, preparing reports and presentations, amongst other tasks

  • Responsible for maintaining sharepoint updated, including benefit policies, presentations, summaries amongst others.

  • Ensure the information in the systems is accurate, finding potential inaccuracies, discussing and following-up corrections with country HRs, reporting major risks.

  • Control benefits costs, by summarizing numbers after benefit renewals, consolidating by benefit or geography as needed, offering inputs.

  • Under moderate supervision, conduct analyses and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programmes in accordance with the organisation's reward strategy.

  • Performs support activities to implement and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs.

  • Respond to Total Rewards related inquiries and requests for information from a variety of internal customers to include Business Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters.
