This is a newly formed team within Conduent focused on developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans supporting the priority platforms and offerings across the organization. The coordinator of product marketing is a critical role within Conduent that will help to reposition the company to focus on platform-based tech solutions. This role will support the one of Conduent’s commercial sectors (either Consumer & Industrials Sector or Financial Services & Healthcare) with the various product/offering teams and the individual marketing teams within the sector. This partnership will be essential to the success of this role and the programs implemented by this candidate. This role will create state-of-the-art experiences to bring these platforms to life with primary outcomes that include improved service line penetration, new customers, and achievement of marketing/sales lead goals all within an efficient and effective ROI model.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain ongoing dialogue with product/offering teams within the respective sector team and Conduent Technology Services (CTS)

Work with teams to prioritize the level of marketing support for each platform

Partner with the Brand team on naming conventions for each product/offering

Partner with the Innovation Lab team to develop state of the art experiences for priority products/offerings

Partner with the Events team to showcase the products/offerings to our target audience at tradeshows and client hosted events

Partner with the and paid media team to make sure presence of each product/offering is optimized for discoverability through paid and organic search and supported with compelling content

Partner with the Analyst Relations team to build knowledge of key markets, industry trends, and competition that will inform how we market our solutions and receive the best ranking from Industry Analysts

Partner with the Integrated Marketing team to ensure all strategies and tactics align to the overall Conduent storyline and TOV

Develop strategies and marketing programs focused on growing market awareness, attracting new clients and increasing share of wallet within existing clients

Implement innovative and compelling go-to-market tactics for each platform including content such as demos, sales collaterals, case studies, etc.

Define and deliver sales support tools needed to achieve revenue and profit objectives for solutions and related services

General Functions:

Execute marketing plans

Develop product related content (brochures, customer presentations, positioning documents, sales information guides, competitive tools, demonstration videos, etc.)

Translate technical product capabilities into tangible customer benefits

Provide marketing assistance to sales organizations (product presentations, sales call assistance, trade show assistance)

Develop key messages to demonstrate product capabilities for trade shows

Develop state-of-the-art product demonstrations

Develop competitive analysis and recommended sales tactics versus competitors


Experience in creating product-specific marketing strategies and content

Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Successful experience working with cross-functional teams

3-4 years’ experience in marketing, sales and/or strategy

Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills

Results oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence

Strong knowledge of Conduent

BA/BS in marketing, communications, or business - MBA desirable

Process oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Knowledge of business process services, offerings, and competition

Understanding of business process solution sales cycle and typical customer purchase criteria

Ability to manage, perform, and continually prioritize many activities

Demonstrated ability to manage projects to meet quality, delivery date and budget goals
