Responsible for achieving transformation business objectives by delivering projects on time, on budget and with high-quality, realizing positive program/project performance metrics and successful outcomes
Manage transformation projects end-to-end, delivering or exceeding agreed upon results. Gain stakeholder approval and commitment throughout the project life cycle.
Establish a detailed project charter for project, ensuring that all key stakeholders understand and agree what the project's definition is before the project begins
Manage all aspects of project including planning, design, resource planning, costs, scheduling and implementation activities, across multiple projects
Create and manage a detailed project work plan for each project. Partner with portfolio managers to prioritize projects, allocate resources and report progress to goals
Submit weekly status reports to the Reporting team per the established cadence and guidelines, and effectively communicate the project status to all team members
Follow escalation procedures for questionable project milestones, potential risks and issues; recommend risk mitigation and remediation plans in a timely manner
Track the project milestones and performance metrics outlined in standard development and implementation methodologies
Ensure requirements for approvals, controls and documentation is satisfied
Works with cross-functional leaders to develop appropriate transformational solutions to current and future needs
Develop and nurture strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure engagement and delivery of change
Assists with change management activities related to organizational, system and process improvements.
Identifies, evaluates and determines appropriateness of leading edge/best practices to support the design and deployment of effective programs/process to accomplish goals
Codifies Transformation expertise into best practices, communications and other mediums in order to promote a transformation, change and innovation culture
