Conduent Business Intelligence Analyst II in Florham Park, New Jersey

Experience:

  • Must have experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analysis. (Preferable in HR Analytics)

  • Must have strong Data Engineering background.

  • Create complex ETL and then develop dashboard(s) by utilizing the data visualization tool(s).

  • Must have experience in data flow, systems flow and workflow documentation skillset

  • Work and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.

  • Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to prioritize projects including data ingestion, transformation and/or change existing data feeds.

  • Create detailed business requirements, technical and data requirement documentation of projects and product requirements.

  • Analyze complex data and identify requirements for business enhancements.

  • Coordinate with data owners to ensure compliance to all enterprise data model according to data standards.

  • Work with development/delivery team to ensure requirements are met and complete according to project plans.

  • Prepare architecture for data projects, strategies, and business solutions as per desired requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytic, Business Analytics, IT or similar. Master's degree is desired but not required.

  • Required to have expert level skillsets in Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Server and ETL tools like Alteryx (Basic Alteryx knowledge is good, not a must).

  • Required to have expert level skillsets in data visualization tools like Power BI and/or Tableau

  • Required Strong SQL knowledge.

  • Problem-solving, analytical with strong knowledge of corporate data set and business acumen is desired

  • Ability to work with other managers and professionals.

  • Attention to detail is required and experienced with data projects.

  • Must be able to work individually on the entire project SDLC

Responsibility Statements:

  • Presents complex data in an easily understood format so it is suitable for users with varying abilities.

  • Visualizes data in a clear, structured way using preferred business intelligence tools (such as Tableau Or Power BI).

  • Gathers and transforms internal and external data to create actionable insight for stakeholders.

  • Creates end-user documentation (e.g., user guides, process flow charts, training materials).

  • Contributes to data research projects using defined methodologies with support from more experienced analysts.

  • Communicates progress and risks to the team lead.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.
