POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for creation of pricing models (<$1M), task orders, metrics and SOPs, and developing enhancements in the PMO processes. Provide, as directed, oversight of N -1, Asset Inventory and of all application systems deliverables from a PMO perspective. Assist in planning to ensure resources are utilized appropriately to meet strategic objectives and generally supports the PMO in meeting contractual requirements as necessary. Participation and management of scrum activities in an Agile environment. Perform in a cross-functional capacity ensuring PMO objectives, client deliverables and contract requirements are achieved and completed.


  • Prepare and implement pricing models for new/additional work with funding less than $1,000,000

  • Prepare and submit client invoices and deliverables

  • Track metrics and prepare weekly and monthly status reports

  • Provide, as directed, oversight of the following PMO activities: N -1 reporting and tracking, SW/HW and asset inventory reporting and tracking

  • Back up for procurement (subcontractors, hardware, software) process as necessary

  • Assist with staffing process, documentation, tracking, and client audits

  • Provides knowledge and support in conjunction with the IT executive staff to assist with internal financial analysis and data analysis.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems (or related field) and a minimum 6 years of related experience or 8 years equivalent experience

  • PMP Certification desired but not mandatory

  • Expert-level skillset in MS Excel and PowerPoint required

  • Understanding and practical application of finance and/or accounting principles required

  • Demonstrated skills/experience working in high volume, mission critical IT environment, strategic planning, contract maintenance, metrics and reporting

  • Experience demonstrating knowledge and understanding of business processes and the Project Management Office responsibilitie

  • 5-7 years prior experience in a PMO environment

  • Familiarity with IT environments (Hosting and Applications Services)

  • Familiarity with Agile (SAFe) work methodology desired

  • 5 years working in complex environments; large databases, multi-tiered application structure

Required Skills:

The incumbent must have strong customer service orientation, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to tutor and work effectively with others. This individual must possess excellent strategic thinking and planning skills. Additionally, the incumbent must have the ability to identify priorities and achieve results with a sense of urgency and give honest direct opinions on related issues. The incumbent must possess financial and/or accounting knowledge, have superior data analytics and be willing to contribute effective ideas for process improvement. As a PMO Analyst, the incumbent should strive to impart knowledge and train co-workers where applicable, participate in a team approach and cross-functional teamwork to serve the best interests of the client and the organization.


Degree in Information Systems or related area; Prior health and human services experience; financial and/or accounting knowledge; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skillset; scrum in Agile environment.
