Conduent Manager, IT Testing in Elkridge, Maryland
About the Role
As a manager, you will manage the performance and success of team of associates. You will communicate with the client ensuring a proper technology transition through testing satisfaction.
Job Description:
Leading a team of 5-10 Testing Engineers through testing lifecycle
Overseeing testing and test management reporting results to internal and external stakeholders
Managing risks from the test perspective and provide mitigation plans
Demonstrating expertise and guidance through PBM implementation and O&M
Communicating with client regularly providing updates on status
Monitoring and tracking test schedule, risk, and test readiness
Traveling to client and Conduent locations on a monthly basis
Qualifications:
Expertise within the PBM and healthcare fields
Experience in tools like Azure DevOps and Jira
Experience leading a team and client facing responsibilities
Experience within UAT Testing
Posses prior experience within the healthcare or claims testing environment
Experience within modularized implementation

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
