Purpose:

Responsible for client solution design. Each role plays a part in ensuring that the overall solution that is designed and sold to the client (including the different technical or service components) meet the client requirements and are deliverable.

Scope/ General:

  • Recognized as an expert within the organization, both within and beyond own function

  • Contributes to the development of strategy

  • Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges / regulatory issues

  • Recommend process, product or service improvements

  • Decisions are guided by functional strategies and priorities

  • May include international accountability; and may include some global scope/accountabilityProgression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assesses requirements of RFPs and develops a winning solution, along with alternates, which leverage the strengths of Conduent to deliver on our customer centric approach

  • Engages consultatively with clients in order to draw out underlying business and technology issues, understand the client drivers, requirements, and to validate the solution options

  • Takes ownership of solution approach and contributes to developing responses which are complete and clearly communicated to audience.

  • Collaborates effectively with the appropriate business and delivery leaders to design the solution and agree on key solution parameters prior to costing activities

  • Leads teams of solution professionals and SMEs in the development of integrated, cost-effective solutions that meet the client’s requirements and needs

  • Establishes strong relationships with internal & external partners and works with them to drive high quality solutions and compelling value propositions

  • Identifies and evaluates solution risks and creates strategies and plans to mitigate those risks

  • Represents the solution in reviews with senior management, delivery, and review committees

  • Works closely with sales, practice, and delivery leaders in order to determine the overall solution strategy and approach

  • Plays a primary role in transition planning and handoff of the solution to delivery

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in business, computer science, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field required. Master’s degree desired.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with clients at the senior and executive management levels

  • Demonstrated expert knowledge across a broad range of software applications and IT services and solutions; US Public Sector industry experience is a must

  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, or managing public, private, or hybrid cloud solutions for customers with particular knowledge of Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure

  • More than five years of experience in successful solution development/selling on large, complex opportunities and delivery

  • Excellent verbal communications and writing skills with experience presenting technical solutions throughout various stages of the proposal lifecycle

  • Experience leading project teams up to 5 individuals
