Position Description:

-Informs customers about service available and assesses customers needs.

-Handle cash transactions with customers.

-Assist customers in establishing accounts and activating transponders.

-Issue receipts, refunds, or change.

-Resolve customers complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.

-Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments.

-Keeps reports of transactions.

-Keep inventory of transponders issued during your shift.

-Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

-Maintain clean and tidy work area.


A high school diploma is required for this position.


Prior Customer Service experience more is required.


The individual in this position must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication, people skills and detail oriented. In addition, this person must be computer literate.

All candidates must have a positive performance rating and no written disciplinary warnings in the last six months.

Preferably bilingual candidates- English/Spanish speaking and writing.

Candidate Background:

-Superior Customer Service/relation skills including second level question probing ability.

-Excellent written and oral communication skills.

-Computer Navigation & Typing skills 25 wpm.

-Ability to complete required training program.

-Must be clear spoken and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

-Must have the ability to perform in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

-Familiar with computers and Windows-based applications.

-Must have dependable work history.

-May need billing-medical billing, collections or telesales expertise. Some Roles may have bi-ligual or licensure specifications.
