Remote Senior Benefits Call Center Representative

Chesapeake, VA

Hours of Operation: 8:00am-8:00pm EST

Must be able to work an 11:30am-8:00pm EST shift

Must live in the Chesapeake area due to training being onsite then move to remote role.

Some overtime may be required.

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Benefits Call Center Representative to join our team. This position involves providing call reviews, coaching CSRs, and assist in ensuring optimal service levels are met.

About the Senior Benefits Call Center Representative Role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and communication within the representatives and team. You will review and respond to emails and IMs, update cases, monitor TEAMS chat channels, and research and answer questions from CSRs. Additionally, you will coach CSRs, send emails regarding cases needing extra attention, train new agents, provide ongoing training for existing agents, monitor agent activity and phone queues, perform monthly quality reviews and prepare written correspondence for participants.

Your role will be critical in ensuring our clients receive the best service possible, and you will communicate trends and issues to management. Your excellent customer service, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be key to your success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service.

  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and keyboarding.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of incoming queries.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Willing to work a shift between the hours of 11:30am-8:00pm EST.

  • Ability to complete mandatory paid training.

  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $38,400- $48,000.
