RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow client’s social media media monitoring/reporting procedures to ensure 100% FDA compliance report and respond to all adverse events (AEs) and product technical complaints (PTCs)

  • respond regularly to consumer questions, complaints, praises and comments

  • serve as a moderator of social community by developing and following guidelines

  • serve as subject matter expert on social media, community management and digital footprint

  • raise new questions/concerns to client

  • interact directly with client’s key departments such as legal, Drug Safety, Public Relations, Compliance to gain agreement on approved language;

  • updating client’s knowledge management system with approved language for future use

  • respond/post responses to issues and complaints using approved client language

  • analyze trends and issues within a community and provide reporting that includes quantified metrics that measure on-line success

  • utilize good judgment in safeguarding the company image in responses and outreach in all social media outreach.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • minimum of 5 years working within a social media platform, analyzing issues and trends

  • have a solid understanding of online outreach, engagement and advocacy as well as possess experience and initiative in developing client appropriate online engagement strategies; working in healthcare/consumer care environment

  • high energy individual with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • proficient use of MS Office Products

  • Above moderate to high levels of English reading, writing, and speaking; active listening, critical thinking; monitoring; coordination; persuasion; instructing; problem solving; analysis; troubleshooting; judgment.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree; English, journalism, marketing, communications, or related field preferred
