Title: Technical Analyst

Position Overview :

The Technical Analyst is a key member of the Health & Welfare Implementation Team and is responsible for interpreting requirements to build and implement a new client.

Responsibilities Include:

· Requirement/Analysis

o Ability to comprehend Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Domain

o Maintain and update BRD for ongoing changes

o Interprets requirements to create systems specifications documents to build and execute system

o Perform Data Analysis, Audit, and associated research and provide subsequent resolutions

o Work alongside with Sr. members or individually (as required) to assist in smooth integration/transition of processes to LSD /Ongoing and create/maintain documentations for the same

o Responsible for solving the production related issues and preparation of annual calendar, as applicable

o Execute & Manage the assigned tasks {analysis and production} specific to your Tower

· Test Plan/Test Execution

o Reviews Test results for accuracy/completeness and mapping to Requirement Artifacts

o Create Test Plans & In depth Reviews of Test Plans with BRD and identify gaps in system/requirements against Benefits Laws

· Accountability/Communication

o Work independently on tasks assigned

o Demonstrate ownership on work assigned

o Update all documentation with task details and provide regular updates to team

· All other tasks as assigned.

Preferred Qualification:

· Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum of 5 years of related Health & Welfare benefits administration experience.

· Ability to compose SQL queries. Preferably in Sybase SQL.

· Strong working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Access

· Effective oral, written and presentation skills

· Ability to forge strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple activities with changing priorities simultaneously.

· Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently and to problem-solve issues.

Ability to learn and utilize proprietary software products.
