This position will be responsible for the performance and overall management of assigned team members for Inside Sales Program to ensure client goals and internal objectives are met.
Primary Job Responsibilities :
Accountable for the development of the Inside Sales Physician Representatives (ISPR’s).
Review individual ISPR reports and address ISPR performance issues.
Handle escalations from ISPR and resolves or escalates to National Sales Director as needed.
Ensure that program goals and commissions are proactively communicated to each ISPR per program specifications.
Coach ISPR’s daily to aid in achievement of performance goals per program requirements.
Handle ISPRs questions and concerns.
Responsible to walk the call floor and create a presence.
Responsible for completing ISPRs monitoring sessions weekly.
Ensures that high call standards are maintained through appropriate monitoring and coaching.
Conduct internal calibration monitoring sessions.
Understands the on-line statistics from the appropriate systems, ensures data is accurate and delivered to the NSD on time.
Writes development plans and objectives for underperforming ISPRs.
Works with Training and Quality to assure ISPRs are delivering quality work per quality guidelines.
Identify areas for improvement with operational or program efficiencies.
Handles escalation of ISPRs “opt-outs” from physician offices.
Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Previous experience in a sales leadership role
Previous experience in a call center preferred.
Well-developed problem analysis and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Windows Applications and computer keyboarding
Demonstrated effective organizational skills
Results oriented with demonstrated time management skills
Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
