About the Role
As a Senior Manager-Delivery, you will manage the performance and success of an approx 90 person Medicaid Long Term Care and Call Center team of associates. You will collaborate with Conduent and State leadership and act as a Subject Matter Expert. You will have an opportunity to improve efficiencies. (Position is ON-SITE in Baton Rouge LA )
Responsibilities
Overseeing a full range of Medicaid Long Term Care services including Call Center and ensure the program is operating within the contract
Managing day-to-day activity of the program operation, including supervision of staff
Contributing to the analysis and writing of client reports and other deliverables
Monitoring and reporting on program statistics and metrics to measure team performance and contract Service Levels.
Demonstrating successful leadership to team members, mentoring and coaching supervisors and their staff.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and experience inMedicaid Long Term Care or related Social Services experience (REQUIRED).
Have multiple years’ experience in a leadership role managing multiple teams and workflows.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office
Understanding of workflows and processes as related to Medicaid programs.
Use excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with Louisiana Medicaid is a plus.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $87K-$120K
