Summary:
As a Remote Accounting Settlements/Reconciliation Associate , in this role will support the accounting functions for our external clients including being accountable for the balancing and settling of all client benefits/funds entering and exiting the system
What you will be doing:
Able to use Excel to balance bank statements reconciliations and balance daily settlements
Clear and effective communication skills both reading and writing
Must be efficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
Confirm all tasks are completed within the restricted time allocations on a DAILY basis
All other tasks as assigned

Work Schedule: (Monday-Friday) from 7:00am-5:00pm Central Time Zone

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Must have a High School Diploma, or GED
Previous experience in payment services / prepaid cards / banking or (back-Office work in banking) /ACH files is highly desirable/ Balancing statements and Reconciliation
Minimum of 2+ years Accounting Experience
Must have strong Excel skills
Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Must have high speed internet connection
Must live in the following States to be considered:
