Senior Product Manager, Pharmacy Benefit Solutions

Are you a seasoned Product Manager with a track record of successfully managing growing product portfolios and driving revenue growth?

Can you leverage your subject expertise in Pharmacy Benefit Management to guide and lead multiple teams, delivering optimal product performance?

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Conduent as a Senior Product Manager. In this key role, you will take charge of managing a growing product portfolio, ensuring financial performance, value proposition, market analysis, and revenue growth/forecasting. Your expertise in Pharmacy Benefit Management, including Medicaid, Fee for Service, and Managed Care, will be crucial in leading teams for product delivery and management. You'll collaborate across the organization to determine and execute the product roadmap, support client-level solutioning and sales for large strategic accounts, and effectively manage and respond to changing market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the growing product portfolio, inclusive of product roadmap, value proposition, market analysis, business alignment, service delivery, and product pricing/licensing.

  • Reviewing product performance against expectations and leading changes to the product portfolio to improve competitive position and optimal product performance.

  • Providing subject matter expertise in the product space to guide and lead multiple teams for product delivery and management.

  • Groom and manage the product backlog and create business cases for investments.

  • Building relationships across the organization to determine and execute the product roadmap.

  • Supporting client-level solutioning and sales for large, strategic accounts.

  • Managing and responding to changing market dynamics, summarizing challenges, forecasting impact, and creating action plans for executive audiences.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 7+ years of work experience in product management and/or product development.

  • Have expertise in Pharmacy Benefit Management, specifically in Medicaid, Fee for Service, and/or Managed Care.

  • Demonstrate experience with Pharmacy Rebate Program – Federal and Supplemental Rebate.

  • Exhibit experience with Preferred Drug List and Formulary Management.

  • Think strategically and collaboratively to overcome obstacles and achieve project results.

  • Possess an expert-level skill set in defining product strategy, developing, and implementing business plans.

  • Showcase proven organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity.

  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills.

  • Prove to be self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet deadlines.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000-$159,000
