Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the MS project Master Schedule, project reporting and meet weekly with client

  • Form and work daily with diverse teams to keep projects on track and schedules up to date

  • Risk and Issue management and resolution

  • Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess project requirements

  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems

  • Provide users with project management updates about service delivery issues

  • Evaluate technology proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements

  • Manage onshore and offshore teams

  • Other duties as assigned

Education and Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required in a related field

  • PMP or Scrum Certified preferred

  • 5 years of IT Project Management experience understanding of application DDI, as well as, general IT terms and concepts

  • 5 years in Medicaid and/ government healthcare systems

  • Experience with Managed Care and Encounter claims processing is required

  • Experience with Interfaces and data exchanges for Provider, Member, Service Authorization, TPL, etc is required.
