Primary Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the overall MCS offering strategy

  • Working with each of the vertical industry sales organizations to develop MCS sales strategies, identifying key accounts and developing annual sales goals

  • Working with each of the vertical industry sales organizations to develop targeted industry solutions and bringing them to market

  • Working with Conduent horizontal business units to identify MCS capabilities that can be leveraged to support business delivery and expand horizontal offerings

  • Defining and bringing to market supporting technology, platform capabilities, and partnerships with strategic partners

  • Market research, developing market positioning, forecasting, and competitive analysis

  • Develop sales training and GTM support processes for each of the offerings and vertical industry organizations

  • Develop external marketing and communications, collaterals, and identifying industry events in which to participate

  • Identifying M&A opportunities that are critical to growth of the MCS business and expansion into new digital services markets

  • Create thought leadership content, white papers, blogs, which communicate our offerings and market strategy to our clients and prospective clients

  • Attending and speaking in industry conferences, client specific conferences

  • Continually assessing industry solutions/ technologies and working with internal technology and industry partners to create future offerings and technology roadmap(s)

Required Skills, Experience, and Qulifications

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/ BS) in related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Tenured professional with 10 years’ of experience in management-level, senior consulting, and client facing roles

  • Expert level domain experience in omni-channel and CX best practices, consulting, and solution development

  • Proven track record in significant/complex consultative services-led sales engagement

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of applying best practices with key omni-channel and multi-channel frameworks, tools, platforms, and/ or processes

  • Expert understanding of customer journey mapping, digital engagement and adoption, and CX strategies

  • Must be flexible, self-motivated and possess the ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced working environment

  • Must be able to demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills through articulating concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner

  • Solid understanding of the multi-channel provider, CCM, and digital engagement market space

  • Experience working with highly collaborative cross-functional teams in a fast paced environment

  • Demonstrated experience defining and measuring programs, including analytics and reporting, and translating information into consumable updates to C-Level Executives

  • Project management experience and highly organized preferred
